Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to mailboxes via Canada Post. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes the Fashions Hall of Trends to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Fashions Hall of Trends may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.


Our highest priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, that’s why we’ve redesigned our production and fulfillment center processes entirely. We comply completely with province recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

Processing times may be delayed. Although our usual processing times are within 7-14 business days* however currently those times may vary due to COVID-19 relevant issues and government orders, both of which impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

You will receive a shipping confirmation. The process time will only start once you receive the shipping confirmation.

Normal Shipping takes 5-7 BUSINESS days. (Due to COVID-19, shipping can take up 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS, depending on the courier in your local area)

Once an order has been made, it cannot be modified or cancelled

Returns are allowed specifically for any damaged product. In case you have received any damaged items, please contact us via email at info@halloftrends.com, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and cannot issues refunds for any item lost by or stolen from customers.

Please ensure you add correct details at checkout. We are sorry but if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, we cannot issue a refund for incorrect information provided by customers.

We ship all packages via USPS, Canada Post and DHL.

If your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via the same email address you have provided at checkout. If you request us to reship your order, you will have to purchase a reship fee. If you choose not to have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of your purchased order minus the initial shipping cost.

Yes we do ship internationally.

We pre-pay for the shipping labels. Once you receive your tracking number please allow up to 5 to 14 business days for your purchase to show up in USPS , Canada Post or FEDEX tracking system. During COVID-19, our couriers can be slow but we are trying to our best to make sure everyone gets their package in a timely manner.
